Brief introduction to the products
The GGD AC Low一Voltage Distribution Cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines, AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated woeking current up to 315QA, as power, lighting and the power conversion and control of the power distribution equipment.
Structural Characteristics and Functions
The cabinet is of common form. The framework is composed of 8MF cold bending profile steel welded and assembled. The frame parts and the special necessary parts are provided by the specially appointed manufacturers so as to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet;
At the upper and lower ends of the cabinet there are different numbers of cooling slots. When the electrical components inside of the cabinet are scattering heat, the heat in the cabinet is increased and
discharged through the top cooling slots while the cooling air is entering constantly the cabinet through the bottom cooling slots, forming from bottom to top a natural ventilation duct to scatter the heat;
The door of the cabinet is connected with the axis hinge to the framework and the disassembling is rather convenient. A rubber insertion strip is fixed at the edge of the door for avoiding direct collision of the door with the cabinet, increasing the protection level of the door.
The cap of the cabinet can be removed necessary, for the convenience of assembling and adjustments of the main buses. The lifting rings are fixed at four corners of the top of the cabinet for lifting snd transportation.

Relative Humidity: ≤ 50℃ at +40℃ (Max); At a lower temperature to allow a greater relative humidity (for example 90% at +20℃).It should be considered that due to the temperature variation, the jel phenomenon may be effected.
For installation. the tilt of the vertical surface does not exceed 5°
The installation site should be free from violent vibration, impact and corrosion of the electrical components.
